The main source of fatty plaque in the drain is the kitchen pipe. Through it comes fat from dirty dishes, the remains of broth, solid food particles, which become a source of traffic jams, stagnation, interfering with the unhindered movement of water through the pipes.

What to do if all else fails
The work algorithm is as follows:
- Remove all waste with the help of a sewer service.

- Use any chemical cleaner as instructed and clean the pit again with a pump or suction pump.

You can also install a special device - a grease trap, which allows you to remove fat from the water before it enters the pit. The grease trap also cleans food and other debris from wastewater, extending the life of the sewer system.
