Preventing the problem
Of course, it is not possible to completely exclude the ingress of fat into the sewage system, because a lot of it is washed off from the dishes, and all available dishwashing detergents only help to remove it from there, but not dissolve it. It is possible to reduce the amount of fatty substances entering the sewer pipes by observing simple measures such as: do not pour fat into the sewer, install grease traps, oil, residues of products containing a large amount of fat should be poured into an unnecessary container and thrown into the trash bin.
As a last resort, pour it into a toilet bowl, the diameter of the pipe, which is much wider, and fill it with warm or hot water to dissolve the fat. A properly designed sewerage system is also an effective way to deal with the accumulation of fatty deposits in drains: choosing the optimal diameter of pipes for sewerage wiring and installing them at an appropriate slope (5-10 cm per meter of length).
