When the TIMER indicator blinks, wait a while. The equipment may be warming up before starting.
If the TIMER indicator is on without blinking, you should look for the Hitachi air conditioner error in the table:
Indicator 301 | Decoding error codes for Hitachi air conditioners |
01 | Reversing valve does not work. Media temperature is abnormal |
02 | External module forced start mode |
03 | No communication between indoor and outdoor units |
04 | Equipment breakdown, pay attention to other indicators |
06 | The operation of the pump that pumps out condensate is interrupted |
07 | Pump must be started manually |
08 | Engine function impaired |
09 | No communication with PCB thermistor |
10 | The fan does not work correctly |
13 | RSV is not functioning |
Error codes of air conditioners Hitachi outdoor unit
Blinking indicator 301 | Decoding the error of the air conditioner Hitachi |
1 | Normal mode |
2 | Compressor stopped, PCB error |
2 and diode 302 | PCB failure, current supply to the module is interrupted |
3 | The engine rotates at low speed |
4 | Compressor stopped |
5 | Mains voltage too low |
6 | Thermistor overheating |
7 | Thermistor malfunction |
8 | Compressor engine speed does not increase |
9 | No communication between indoor and outdoor units |
10 | Voltage failures in the electrical network |
12 | Fan failure |
13 | Fault in the central board |
14 | Failure in the power module |
RUN indication for some time indicates that there is no communication between the controller and the indoor unit control board. Possible reasons - violation of the integrity of the wiring, short circuit, breakdown of the controller.
Blinking 302 diodes
The RUN indication along with the display of the Hitachi air conditioner error code means the need to search for the problem in the table:
Diode 302 is blinking | Problem |
1 | Compressor overheating |
2 | Thermistor icing |
3 | Thermistor not responding |
4 | Incorrect selection of pipe for thermistor circuit No. 1 |
5 | Wrong selection of suction pipe for thermistor circuit no. 1 |
6 | Wrong choice of pipe of circuit No. 2 |
7 | Wrong choice of pipe for expansion of circuit No. 2 |
8 | Wrong choice of pipe of circuit No. 3 |
9 | Incorrect selection of the suction pipe of circuit No. 3 |
