For a stove-type boiler, the firebox is equipped at floor level. A deepening of up to 10 cm is preliminarily made, which is covered with refractory bricks or fireclay stone. Then, in accordance with the project, the combustion chamber is laid out. The laying is done on a mixture of clay, cement and sand. The structure must stand for at least two days until it solidifies and shrinks completely.

Primary chimney

This part is made from a thick water pipe or laid out from stones. The first option is preferable, as it provides complete tightness. A circular cross section is better for free air flow, less carbon deposits form in the pipes and there are no eddies. The primary channel is inserted into the container and welded to the bottom of the hole.

The stove will work efficiently and safely if there is sufficient draft in it. Even if the boiler works on the principle of pyrolysis, it still emits a certain amount of carbon dioxide. To compensate for the excessive intake of air into the furnace and the rapid burnout of the fuel, a damper is installed. A cap is attached to the top of the chimney to prevent debris and precipitation from entering the chimney.

When building a stationary rocket furnace, special attention should be paid to the quality of the lining of the vertical section of the flame tube (riser). For these purposes, light fireclay bricks, washed and sifted river sand are used. To protect the lining from smoke, a metal lining is applied to it - tin or old buckets.

It is advisable to wrap the primary chimney with an asbestos cord and coat it with clay mixed with sand on top. After erection, the body of the lounger is covered with heat-insulating material - adobe, expanded clay or analogs.

The effectiveness of the rocket hearth is achieved by the correct placement of the combustion chambers, internal and external tanks. The distance between the cameras should be the same, but not less than 10 cm.The external tank should be coated with thermal insulation as much as possible in order to achieve the best reactive effect.
