It may turn out that the line crosses the allotment or is very close. She dictates the distance between the barn and the fence without taking into account the latter.
The red line is the border of a public area, such as a road or motorway. But by default, land 3 m on either side of the line is also included in this territory. If such is within the boundaries of the site, the builder of the road can occupy it without the permission of the owners of the site. Any building on this site will be demolished.
From the red line at the boundary, you need to retreat at least 5 m.From the line that turned out to be in the center of the road, retreat by 3 m.
The recommended height of the shed is 2.2 m. Such a structure does not in any way affect the insolation of the neighboring area, so it is installed at a distance of 1 m from the fence. If the building is higher - two-story, the neighbor has the right to make a claim.
The distance from green spaces is determined by their height. From bushes - 1 m, from medium-sized trees - 2 m, from high trees - 4 m.

The distance between the barn and the residential building

It is impossible to build a barn close to the neighbor's fence - this is a violation. However, if the latter does not interfere with the insolation of the site and is not a source of constant noise, such a solution is acceptable. To do this, they conclude an agreement with a neighbor, where the position of the shed, its purpose and dimensions are precisely indicated.
Difficulties can arise if neighbors are building a change house not only close to the fence, but also too close to the neighboring house. If the latter is built of brick or stone, you can do this, but only with the voluntary consent of the owners of both sites.
