  1. The pipe surface is pre-cleaned and degreased.

  3. First you need to isolate the fittings and curved sections, then the straight lines of the pipeline.
  4. A special adhesive base is used to connect the parts.
  5. Within a day, the pipeline should dry out well, after which the system can be started.

Tools and fixtures

Before starting construction work, you need to prepare all the necessary working tools. To carry out the work you will need:

  • pencil or pen;
  • special miter box for cutting corner wedges and mounting angles of rotation;
  • smooth spatula;
  • knife with a long blade (about 300 mm) for cutting pipes with a large cross-section and roll material;
  • short knife for cutting small diameter pipes (about 70 mm);
  • roulette;
  • building ruler;
  • a brush for applying special glue to the surface;

Often overlooked are ring punches, which are used to punch holes in an insulating sheet.

Stir thoroughly before applying the adhesive. The best option is to use the substance in a container with a capacity of about 0.5 liters. The glue is applied in a thin uniform layer to both glued surfaces. These areas are bonded 5-7 minutes after applying the adhesive. If the adhesive has dried up during this time, it is reapplied.

Work can be carried out at an ambient temperature of at least +17 degrees Celsius, the most optimal is +20 degrees. If the adhesive mass has thickened, it can be diluted with a solvent from the manufacturer Energoflex.
